Diamond Responsive Engineering (DRE) marks its 20th anniversary on 7th September 2026, celebrating two decades of change, growth and engineering excellence.

Founded in 2006 as Tubular Fabrications Ltd, the company has evolved through two subsequent iterations, first as TFL Responsive Engineering, and now as Diamond Responsive Engineering, reflecting its ongoing commitment to innovation and responsiveness within the engineering sector.

Among those celebrating this milestone are Bob Ell and John Rougvie, two original employees who have remained with the company throughout its evolution. Their continued contribution reflects the strong foundation and team culture that has underpinned DRE’s growth over the past two decades.
